Primarily, we want to make sure you understand the nature of your transaction with us. Although you ultimately purchase the vehicle from us at the time of your bid the vehicles listed on our website are offered for sale by independent third-party sellers. In other words, the vehicles listed on our website are not owned by us nor in our inventory. Instead, the vehicles listed on our website are available for us to buy for the sole purpose of resale to you. The way this works is that when you place a bid on any vehicle using our Services, If your bid is the winning bid, you are obligated to purchase the vehicle from Kipling Auction for the amount of your bid (plus applicable fees).

You or your representative may inspect vehicles at their locations during normal business hours. you can call us at 876-669-1280 for the vehicle location. If you aren’t able to inspect vehicles prior to bidding, you may hire an Independent Assessor to perform the vehicle inspection for you.
